Tennessee State Roleplay: Master Civilian Regulations

This section serves as the definitive "Source of Truth" for all civilian conduct within the community. Adherence to these guidelines is mandatory to maintain the realism and immersion of our community.

Section I: Global Rules | AKA "da Fundamental Principles"

• Value Your Life (Fear RP): Realism is our priority. If a weapon is drawn on you or you are placed in a life-threatening situation, you must comply with instructions. Acting "fearless" in the face of death is a violation of server standards.

• Medical Protocol & NLR: In the event of a respawn, the New Life Rule (NLR) takes effect. You lose all memory of the circumstances and events leading up to your death. You may not return to the scene or seek "revenge" based on information from your previous life.

• Safe Zone Integrity: To ensure a fair environment, criminal activity and killing are strictly prohibited in the following designated Safe Zones:

  • Player Spawns and Clothing Stores.

  • Law Enforcement Stations and Hospitals.

  • Vehicle Repair Circles and the interior of Gun Stores.

• Authentic Operation (No "GTA Driving"): All vehicle operation must remain realistic. Utilizing vehicles as "tanks" or driving in a manner impossible for the real world is prohibited. In the event of a high-speed collision, you are required to roleplay the injuries and vehicle damage appropriately.

• Government Assets: The theft of LEO/EMS equipment, uniforms, or vehicles is a high-level offense and is restricted to Reputation Level 3 and above.

• Pursuit Integrity: Initiating a pursuit without a legitimate, pre-established roleplay reason is considered "Cop Baiting." Doing so will result in the immediate revocation of your Certified Civilian status.

Section II: The Universal Blacklist (Strict Prohibitions)

The following activities are strictly prohibited at all times and across all reputation levels. Violations of the Blacklist typically result in immediate disciplinary action.

1. Extreme Narrative Violations: Roleplay involving suicide, terrorism, or sexual misconduct is strictly forbidden.

2. Military Restrictions: Standard residents may not engage in Military Roleplay. This domain is reserved exclusively for the CIA.

3. Impersonation Protocol: Under no circumstances regardless of Reputation Level are civilians permitted to impersonate Law Enforcement Officers. This includes utilizing LEO uniforms, badges, or marked/unmarked police vehicles to deceive others.

4. Gang Progression:

   • Reputation Level 1: Residents are prohibited from participating in any Gang or MC-related roleplay.

   • Reputation Level 2: Entry-level participation in organized groups is permitted.

   • Reputation Level 4: Authorization to lead or found a Gang or MC is granted.

Section III: Summary of Authority

These regulations supersede all previous announcements, Discord messages, or verbal instructions. By operating within Tennessee State, you agree to uphold these standards to ensure a high-quality experience for all residents.
