Reputation Level 1: The New Resident

Requirement: 0+ Reputation Points

Focus: Civilian Foundations & Community Interaction

Reputation Level 1 is designed to immerse new residents in the everyday life of the state. This tier focuses on establishing a realistic presence through legal employment, social interactions, and community engagement. By simulating the "daily grind" of the real world, Level 1 serves as the essential foundation for realism within the server.

Scenario Protocol: Residents at this level are strictly limited to Passive Roleplay.

The Golden Rule: There is a ZERO VIOLENCE policy for Rep Level 1. You are here to build your character's life, not to engage in criminal or physical conflict.

Examples of Permitted Scenarios:

Employment RP: Working for a local business, company, or state-run service.
Civil Interaction: Traffic stops, suspicious person calls, or verbal domestic disputes.
Rural Activities: Lawful hunting, fishing, and outdoor recreation.
Minor Infractions: Jaywalking, noise complaints, or simple trespassing (excluding government property).
Non-Violent Evasion: Running from LEO for realistic, non-violent reasons (e.g., a simple DUI or driving without a license).

Strict Prohibitions:

NO VIOLENCE: You may not kill, but can assault, or physically harm others.
NO PRIORITIES: Rep 1 residents are not permitted to start, but allowed to participate in Priority scenes.
NO FELONIES: You may not engage in robberies, kidnappings, or organized gang activity.

Priority Access: Small priorities; Every 2 hours.

Property Limit: 1 Property.

Weapons Allowed: Taser, baton, flashlight, or melee weapons
