REPUTATION LEVEL 2: The Street Associate

Requirement: 20 Reputation Points

Focus: Enhanced Realism & Introduction to Criminal Conflict

Reputation Level 2 is designed for residents who have established their presence and are beginning to branch out into more complex social and street-level interactions. While the core of your experience remains rooted in Passive RP and simulating the daily activities of the real world, this tier serves as the entry point for low-stakes criminal scenarios.

Scenario Protocol: Your primary goal is to maintain the realism of a functioning citizen, but you now have the authority to engage in minor illicit acts and brief confrontations.

Examples of Permitted Scenarios:

Street-Level Crime: Mugging or physical altercations (authorized weapons only), small-scale drug sales, and weapon trafficking.
Property Crimes: Burglary, auto theft, and possession of stolen vehicles.
Controlled Pursuits: Vehicle pursuits (must remain under 80 MPH, and no active felonies/warrants).
Civil Disturbances: Major property damage or starting small fires (requires FD/EMS presence).
Public Incidents: Major traffic accidents requiring emergency response.
Limited Conflict: A maximum of 3 fatalities are permitted per priority scene.

Strict Prohibitions:

No Gang Leadership: You may join a Gang or MC Club, but you cannot lead one.
No Impersonation: You are strictly prohibited from impersonating Law Enforcement Officers or Staff.
No Hostage Taking: You may commit robberies, but taking hostages is not permitted at this level.

Property Limit: 2 Properties.
Allowed Weapons: All items in the Melee and Pistol categories, & select rifle's.
Priority Access: You are permitted to initiate or participate in a Priority Scene once every 60 minutes.
