Reputation Level 5 is the ultimate "Prestige" tier, reserved for the most dedicated pillars of our community. While you remain an anchor for Passive RP and realism, your role evolves from a participant to an architect of the state’s most complex and impactful stories. As a Rep 5, you are trusted to drive the server's largest narratives, creating high-quality, "must-see" content for every department involved.

The Commission of Excellence

Reaching 100 points is the first step, but the final ascent to this rank is a matter of prestige. Before the status is granted, your roleplay history and contributions will undergo a Final Confirmation by the CIA, Civilian Coordinators, and the Executive Team.

This vetting process ensures that those wielding the influence of a "Mastermind" have consistently demonstrated elite-level realism, leadership, and a commitment to the server's community standards. Once confirmed, you will officially be inducted into the Rep 5 status.

Scenario Protocol: You possess total creative freedom to orchestrate "Mastermind" events. These are multi-stage, high-stakes scenarios that require coordination between civilians, LEO, and EMS to resolve.

Examples of Permitted Scenarios:

Mastermind Events: Planning and executing complex, multi-layered operations such as high-security prison breaks or coordinated state-wide heists.
Empire Building: Establishing massive business conglomerates or sprawling criminal syndicates that influence the state's economy and social hierarchy.
High-Impact Crisis: Leading massive emergencies or tactical standoffs that require the full attention of State and Local agencies.
Unrestricted Access: Authority to engage in any non-blacklisted scenario, provided it is backed by elite-level roleplay and proper justification.

The Corrupt LEO Clause:

Strict Requirement: Similar to Rep 4, Corrupt LEO RP is permitted only for Verified members of a department. At this level, it should be treated as a major "Internal Affairs" or "Fall of an Empire" story arc.

Property Limit: 5 Properties.
Elite Cooldown: You have the most efficient priority window in the state, ensuring our best storytellers are the ones most frequently leading the action.
Allowed Weapons: Total access to all available weapon categories and specialized equipment.
