Reputation Level 4: The Syndicate Leader

Requirement: 50 Reputation Points

Focus: Organizational Mastery & High-Influence Scenarios

Reputation Level 4 represents the pinnacle of civilian influence and criminal organization. While the foundation of your roleplay must remain rooted in Passive RP and realistic daily interactions, you are now a primary driver of the state's most intense and high-stakes narratives. At this level, you have the freedom to manage large-scale organizations and lead complex, multi-layered criminal operations.

Scenario Protocol: You are granted the highest level of standard autonomy, allowing for leadership roles in the underworld and high-impact interactions with state agencies.

Examples of Permitted Scenarios:

Organizational Leadership: Founding and leading a Gang or Motorcycle Club (MC).
High-Risk Kidnappings: Abducting First Responders (Requires significant backstory, proper RP justification, and /gmes).
Mass Robbery: Armed robberies involving a maximum of 4 hostages.
Specialized Crisis RP: Orchestrating complex Aircraft Emergencies or Hazmat scenes (Requires active FD/EMS).
Strategic Evasion: Leading multi-unit vehicle pursuits and high-stakes escapes.

The Corrupt LEO Clause:

Strict Requirement: Corrupt Law Enforcement roleplay is STRICTLY reserved for Reputation Level 4 members who have the Verified role.
Operational Goal: This must be played as a narrative involving the management or downfall of a verified department, not as a means to disrupt standard gameplay.

Strict Prohibitions:

No Impersonation: Impersonating a Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) is strictly prohibited. You must be a verified member of a department to utilize any LEO-related corruption mechanics.
No "GTA" Mentality: Despite the increased frequency of priorities, all scenes must be backed by high-quality roleplay and a "Value Your Life" (Fear RP) approach.

Property Limit: 4 Properties.
Allowed Weapons: All standard categories, including Mk2 Weapons and select Throwables.
Priority Access: You are permitted to initiate or participate in a Priority Scene once every 30 minutes.
